Develop techniques to communicate better with your doctors, keep track of your symptoms and medications and assess alternative treatments.

How you feel depends on your sleep habits, your eating and more. Spend time working on those and feel your best.

Planning for a Bad Week
Some weeks may be hard – new medications and side effects can be difficult. Plan for those weeks and be able to focus on resting and recovery, not on your to-do list.
