Who It’s For: If you can’t get started in the morning without coffee, your hands shake from too much caffeine, you need caffeinated sodas or lattes to get through your day, or you feel strungout on caffeine, then this program is for you. We’ll take you through a fourweek program that will leave you caffeinefree and full of energy. We’ll help you work on your sleep habits and address the root causes of your caffeine addiction.
What You’ll Do: The program starts gradually by limiting the times when you will have caffeine. Meanwhile, you’ll practice techniques to naturally increase your energy throughout the day. By the end of the program, you’ll be caffeinefree and still have plenty of energy. Then you can decide if you want to be 100% caffeinefree or have the occasional cup of coffee, tea, decaf or can of soda. Over the next four weeks you’ll work on:
Results to Expect: Too much caffeine can wreak havoc on your health. It interferes with sleep, makes you moody and causes swings in your energy level. Too much caffeine actually reduces your productivity and creativity. After giving up caffeine, expect your mood to improve as well as your sleep. Expect to have a steady flow of energy throughout the day. Expect to just feel better. Let’s get started.
