Who It’s For: Do you want to eat healthier but don’t know where to begin? Are you confused by omega3s, good fats and antioxidants? Do you wonder when being healthy got so complicated? It doesn’t have to be. The Polymeal Diet was proposed by a group of European public health specialists led by Oscar Franco. The idea is to create a diet that will reduce your risk of heart disease. This program is a modification of the diet they proposed.
What You’ll Do: In short, you will eat better. Changes in diet can tremendously reduce your heart disease risk. We’ve tried to make it tasty and easy. You’ll experiment with a different diet change each week. Master them all and your risk will be reduced. Over the next four weeks, we’ll be talking about things you can eat more of to be healthier. We promise to keep it fun and delicious – you promise to make the changes. Here’s an overview of the changes:
Results to Expect: Expect to eat better, tastier food and reduce your risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular illnesses. We take it slowly – just one or two changes per week. We’ll stay focused on adding delicious foods to your diet, not talking about what you can’t have.
