What You’ll Do: We have pored through volumes of research on stress and chosen the most effective, simplest ways to reduce your stress. The focus of these methods is not on the tricks or tips that you might find elsewhere. Instead, we are interested in increasing your body’s ability to relax while training your mind to become aware of stress and how you react to it. We want to help you revolutionalize how you deal with stress in your life. Over the next four weeks, you’ll work on one skill each week that will help you relax, stay calm and feel better.
