Who It’s For: Are you overwhelmed? Does your todo list get longer each day? Do you need help to make sure everything gets done? You can be more efficient and productive with the time you have. Unless you already have an effective daily habit of assessing, prioritizing and managing your time, this program is for you.
What You’ll Do: Each week over the next four weeks, you’ll experiment with a different method of managing tasks and time. These methods can be used independently, or you can let them build on each other to create an effective system. Feel free to adapt the methods to your particular needs. It is important that you try each of them for a week. Really give them your best effort. After the week is over, you can decide if you want to make that method part of your daily routine. The four methods are:
Results to Expect: As you go through the next four weeks, you can expect to feel less overwhelmed, learn to line up your tasks to meet your goals, cross many items off of your todo list, get the important things done each day and accomplish more with less effort.
