Who It’s For: If you are looking for more meaning in your life or a way to express your spiritual self, then this program is for you. A typical daily life does not allow much room for spiritual expression, but you can change that by adopting some skills that help you to deepen your spirituality. These skills, when practiced, will help you to feel more connected with your own self and the world around you.

What You’ll Do: You’ll work on making spirituality part of your daily life by practicing a series of skills over the course of four weeks. Some of the skills are designed to help you develop insight and find spiritual meaning in the world, and others are focused on turning your spiritual beliefs into actions.
