Who It’s For: There are a few simple things you can do to save your life or another person’s life. By getting screening tests done and monitoring your lifestyle, you’ll be able to prevent illnesses and get early treatment if necessary. If you don’t know your cholesterol numbers from your glucose levels, this program is for you. Even if you already understand these things and know a few of your numbers, this program will help you memorize warning signs, track your lifestyle and schedule your screenings.

What You’ll Do: We’ll go over some of the most common tests, looking at blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol. We’ll also cover screenings for cancer and other illnesses. You’ll be challenged to memorize the warning signs for heart attacks, stroke and suicide. And finally, you’ll learn to track your lifestyle so you can meet goals that increase health and vitality. Over the next four weeks, you’ll work on developing the following skills:
